    Hello, if you have any questions regarding your MSI products including serial number. Feel free to contact MSI Tech Support Division at (626) 913-0828 x 3.
    Please note that the SN is located inside the battery compartment, and the format is GX620-123XXK1234567890 / 1651-123XXK1234567890.

    If you prefer online for convenience, then you may submit a tech support ticket through
    http://www.msicomputer.com/msi_user/ts_form.aspx.
    *Select motherboard for product type, then choose any product to bypass it, and just enter your SN on the Serial# field.

    yeah i registered my nb today and it took me forever to figure out where that serial number was haha...now i just gotta mail in the receipt n what not

    p.s. im lovin this 725 and most of all i love playing games (crysis, empire total war) on it
