Hey guys,
I recently RMA'ed my laptop and have been unable to discuss the RMA with he MSI folks after sending it in. The online status checker shows that it is in the processing (testing,repairing,replacing) stage, but they are not responding to their email ([email protected]) and they are not picking up the phone listed on their website (1-626-271-1004 ext.2 ).
I just want to make sure they are fixing the problem. How have you guys contacted the RMA service?

dial every number available on their web page, somebody must answer sooner or later. I called them directly (notebook service/ RMAstatus ) but i live in europe. I think everything is just fine with your laptop, time you should start to worry about it is after 15 working days.
