    Hello all,
    Bought this GT780DXR a few weeks ago, i want to ask where i can download its bios? Can this barebone notebook be flash with MSI bios? Does this barebone notebook got unlocked bios like the 16F2? I bought this barebone notebook from ebay because the seller accept paypal from Malaysia & he is not very helpful. Hope you all can help me. Tq.

    You will find the bios.

    I cant tell you if it will work on the barebone or not (I think yes, but dont blame me if your notebook dies).

    Which one do you have??

    Is it the GT780DXR OR the MS-1761. If it is the MS-1761 barebone, then DO NOT flash the BIOS moral_hazard posted, it is for the retail gt780dxr only. There is no unlocked BIOS for the 780DXR currently, sorry.

    Thank for your help, i've flashed my msi ms 1761 barebone with the unlocked xmp bios found in this forum :)

    Yup, haven't tried tinkering with the bios. Just got one problem, either the original or mod bios, still can't get the corsair force gt to work with my laptop, do you have any experience with this kind of stuff?

    No, sorry. I use a Kingston V100 SSD (Toshiba controller). I see you have made a new thread, good luck!
