    MSI MS-1651 Froze!

    My MSI MS-1651 freezes "once in a blue moon." Screen and audio still plays, but all touch pad, keyboard, power button, and all other buttons do not work. I have to resolve this by taking out the battery. Any thoughts on this is highly appreciated.

    The power button will still work if you hold it down.

    Step 1, run hdtune and check the HDD health, step 2 reinstall the operating system.
