    Hi everyone,

I just recieved my MSI Titan GT73VR last week. I've already started noticing an issue out of the gate! I'm hoping this is just a drive problem that can be fixed, and I'm hoping other people have experienced this! I did a search on the forums and didn't find much, however.

My keyboard continuously types on keys as IF they are sticking (but mechanically, they aren't). I'll be in the middle of typing a sentence and will suddenly geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet ttttttttttttttthisssssssss

I've had to retype this post about 6 times to have it look this coherent, but I'll have you know I just made a typo and hit backspace ONCE to delete it - it deleted my entire post slowly with nothing I could do to stop it.

Please - anyone know whats going on?

    Thank you,
    Suzie

Can you check the BIOS/EC version in the BIOS setup by pressing DEL key during power on?

    Hi,

Thank you for the prompt response! My BIOS version is E17A1IMS.107

Does that help? Do I need to update it?
