I am thinking about buying an MSI titan GT75 , i never seen it in reality just photos , i know this machine has been around since 2018 now , so some of you have spent long time with it . Does the power jack has a problem with the connector piece hanging from it all the time ? It seems a bit weak to sustain that dual adapter connector piece hanging from it . Does it get loose after some time ?
Also if there are any gotchas about this machine please advice because i am going to buy soon .

    thanks every one

4pin works normal ,..,not have problem ;)
,..,falls out easily if you were pulling for it - in full load SHUTDOWN

i have two PSU .,.one is better " oem DELTA / ION alternative DELTA" .,,.but both works normal .d

    edit
if you mean dual box "still 4pin" - SLI config mostly / or i9

no issues with mine and i have an early gt75vr. it has been a very solid laptop, and the keyboard is outstanding. my only gripe, is they really needed a larger screen with a smaller bezel.

    the only problem i had - first GT75 7TH ""my GT75 7RE""

-oem system - this you destroy after one auto update "preinstalled is any OUT-DATE win10 + all MSI bloatware what exist"
-oem thermal paste + default setup - no problem run on 90C+ or is unstable
-old DragonCenter versions -- creates random freeze from auto under-volt
-and AVX2 not works here on defaults setup !
I contacted MSI,,.,.but the answer got me :D

    minor problems
-oem RST "efi rom + drivers" - not works well on last WIN10 + specific usage ""
but new drivers minimize this problem
--usb + hdd adapter - you need custom setup "but this not works similar on my HP/others ,.,.only on ASUS"

--and support - not exist "only user by self" !!!

//////////// ,......after custom system "no any crap MSI" + custom setup for CPU / GPU
very solid notebook / all works up to 21h2

but it's an old laptop ,.,.my recommended is 8TH and above "6cores minimal" ;)

Thanks a lot man , i was asking because i found it with a good discount , honestly i am a programmer not a gamer , so getting a bit old machine suits me .
I ended up buying a 17inch Asus G752VS , again was a very good discount and its one of the models i really love as i owned it before .
Thanks again for your reply :)

MSI titan is state of the art of laptops , it is going to be a valid and power laptop even more than 5 years from now . Too bad they are going toward the thin and light as every one is doing , and no mechanical keyboards . I call MSI titan the golden age of laptops . Be proud of it :)
