So Im just wondering how far ya'll got the msi gtx 1070 to overclock to, I've got mines to overclock 1898 on boost and around 1600mhz base pulling around 130w but I can't push any further since im at the thermal wall of 90c but i need a re-paste and probably a copper shim for my dell m7710 heat sink

    so what overclocks ya'll accomplished

    Why are you at 90C?
My GTX 1070 doesn't get above 55C at 1886 mhz (59C if there's no AC), and that's with the TDP at 151-170W.

Did you do the TDP mod?

Going to second that, that seems like a rather high temp considering you can hit that speed without any TDP or VCore boosts.
