I decided to upgrade to windows 10 doing so by using a bootable USB drive, it went fine, it booted to OS perfectly fine, I installed some MSI utilities but then I realized that SLI was ON, so I tried to turn it off by pressing the GPU key, the pop up saying it needed to restart to take effect appears, so i restarted... Thats when the problem started, now, its always stuck on MSI logo screen... I tried reinstalling windows again by DVD and bootable-USB but it never starts installation... So i went to bios and deleted the raid volume and created again to start a "fresh" installation, but its always stuck on that logo. I change boot secure to disabled and set boot type to legacy... restarted and pressed F11 and select by USB drive, windows logo appears but it never ends loading... any help? I read somewhere else that the problem in their case was the video card... i suspect i face the same problem since i try to switch gpus...

Never ends loading, how much time have you given the computer to load? I remember I had to wait a long time the first time I switched GPUs because to windows it was like installing a new GPU or something.

Other than that, I haven't got stuck yet as far as I know. Try resenting BIOS to default, so that maybe that will enable nvidia GPUs again, and try booting again. Once you return to a full installation of windows etc, you should try again to use the igpu but try leaving it on for a long time.

If BIOS reset does not work, You can perform a reset of the CMOS by removing the battery and pushing the button as told here:

This will reset CMOS and return to original state, which should return GPU usage to nvidia instead of integrated.

I waited like two hours prolly, I even took and when I woke up it was still the same. I'll do the CMOS thing when I get home, hopefully that works.

It worked... I reset CMOS and bang it was able to boot... But for some strange reason it didn't power on until I plug the charger. (Noob here) but when its shutdown and turned on it takes like 10sec for the screen to light on. I don't think that's normal. Imma keep googling. Lol. Thanks for the help.
