    Interested in getting one of these variants. I heard the default matte screen is a chi mei panel with ~70% ntsc gamut. Anyone with first hand experience can comment on the screen quality vs the matte 95% gamut AUO v4 panel? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    The upgraded AUO panels will be considerably better. If you have the two side by side, you can definitely see that difference. The MSI stock screens haven't had the best viewing angles, but otherwise they look pretty good, IMO. The upgraded displays will have better color and are some of the best displays I have personally seen.
