    So I've noticed that periodically (not constantly) while I'm playing RIFT a random button will activate that's nowhere near my hands on my keyboard. It's very frustrating having a random menu pop up when I'm in the middle of a raid tanking a boss fight, has anyone else had this issue and is there a fix for it?

    My laptop is near perfect without this recurring hiccup.

    For some reason I thought this laptop had NKRO, though I am sadly mistaken. Guess they'd prefer to have a light up keyboard rather than a functional gaming keyboard. This is the last time I buy from MSI, I'm getting fed up with all these problems. I bought this laptop because of slightly higher specs and the audio system over an ASUS, but I never use the speakers on my laptop and the other half of the audio system (the microphone) is basically unusable and I have to hook up an external mic.

    Never expected so many problems on a high end gaming laptop, but I guess nothing in the computer world comes without its own list of problems.

    why don't you just RMA it? they don't give you warranty for nothing and MSI is good at it unlike dell and the other companies! perhaps you just recieved a lemon!

    I use my laptop entirely too much to send it back, and my girlfriend has taken up residence at my desktop. This seems to be a consistent issue, and someone else has to have experienced it. Noone has found a fix for it, though?

    Did your keyboards ever get fixed? I just got this laptop TODAY but it seems that I'm having the same problem... I have the option of sending it back RMA through NCIX but I'm not sure what to do here.

    When I ordered my system through Gentech Ken assured me that he would check every single key to make sure there were know keystroke issues and if there were, he would swap it out until he found one that didn't. I'm pretty sure the issue is still there but it is hit or miss. Mine is perfect so there must be good ones out there.

    I have the same problem.

    Sent it to my local shop where I bought it, they "troubleshooted" it and gave it back with the comment;

    "No issues found". I was like uh okay...

    1 hour after I received my laptop back from the repair shop, the issue was present.....what am I supposed to do?
