    Hi,

on MSI Support Page the newest available is 398.35.
With that driver I can't open the Nvidia Controll. Clean and reinstall 398.35 did not fix that.
Then I tryd to install NVIDIA 416.34. This was unsuccessfully (message: incompatible)
I read, that MSI signed the VGA Drivers and only allow MSI signed VGA driver. why?
I used then safe boot and the tool DDU to install successfully 416.34.
Now I can open Nvidia Controll. And can unselect G-Sync.

    Questions:
Is this normal, that the newest NVidia Driver can not be installed in a normal way?
How did YOU install new drivers?
Any reason just use the old 398.35 from MSI Support Page?
