    Hi everyone,

Yesterday I was playing Cyberpunk and I was forgot to plugin my charger, after few min laptop showed message "turning off" ... because the battery was discharged.
Then I plugged in the charger and played the game for a hour. Today I noticed the battery in not charging at all!
It only shows 0% available, plugged-in! not information about charging or not charging. I Googled alot and reseted BIOd, removed battery, pressed and hold battery reset button , ran troubleshooting of power management in windows, uninstalled battery driver....
    but still the same!
Previously I had a dead battery, but it should be slowly, 50%, 60%... then die.
But I am not sure if my battery is dead or I have another problem?
It is appreciated to help me if anyone have any experience with the same issue.

    Thanks in advance.

I saw that once when the battery cable wasn't fully inserted correctly. Never happened again.
Deoxit D5 in the socket helps with that.
