    I think I might grab this; way cheap. With the extra money I save, I can buy my own gaming mouse! :)

    Will MSI honor the warranty, you think?

    I just took the plunge and ordered one. I am a fan of this laptop and now I will own it, The 4850 smokes games and cant wait til I get it. Should be here by Friday or Monday..

    Good call. My email from MSI says they'll honor the warranty, but only from the manufacture date; with the MSI GT725, it can't be that long, lol!

    I recieved my GT725 open box but its missing the power cord and adapter, I am using the one from my 1722.. everything else seems fine havent stressed it yet but will when I have time..

    How did you get Q9100 2.26GHz with it? and is that computer deactivated for good now?

    It did not come with the Q9100 I had that in my 1722 ID2 and put it in the GT725. They will have more open box in the near future.

    Actually it says on newegg's site that there open box products normally don't come with chargers manuals, or even the box.

    Congrats on the notebook though.
