I just got this recently and first off let me say this laptop is blazing fast I have no complaints. i7 6280HK with GTX 970M.I received the laptop with a 60hz refresh rate. Upon the bios flash my refresh rate jumped to 75hz. I've read all the GT72, and GT72S all have the same LG IPS 75hz Panel. Now why did MSI hold back on enabling gsync on this particular model. Is there a way around it?

Because they have to pay a license to use it from nvidia so they offer it without so people don't have to pay if they don't want to.

The GPU has a couple of hardware differences I believe so it's not something simple to do.
