    Hey Guys,

New to this forum but hoping someone can help. I had to do a fresh install thanks to Windows store file corrupting itself. The problem is I have no idea how to find or reinstall the PowerDVD app so I can play blurays on this thing. Anyone know what I can do?

    Thanks,
    Adan

Didn't you get a DVD of the program when you bought the laptop? Every lappy I've bought came with the DVD if it had it installed.

PowerDVD only came preinstalled, since you had done a clean install the software is gone.
You can't get it back unless you restore the system with the original factory recovery discs, or to acquire your own copy.
