Greetings dragons, I've come across the model mentioned above that suffered from BSOD/Heating issues.

I cleaned it up and added CLU to both CPU/CPU and all went well except one thing: the fan. I noticed that the fan speed was quite low thinking the PCB being the culprit, and since I'm not a soldering expert, I ordered two new ones just in case.

I've tested both and they have the same issue, being that they spin up maxing out then going silent repeating the process until I shut down. Any ideas what it might be? I doubt they are faulty. And the old one is out of the picture now.

I've updated BIOS and related firmware to the latest there is. Installed the lastest Nvidia WHQL drivers (Using W7). Temps hover around 35C~. Faulty mobo perhaps?

update: I assume this is the dreaded 100% fan issue some are having? GPU is not dead though as both Unigine, and OCCT ran fine. Removing the 670M makes the laptop shut down after a few minutes if that's anything to go by. Having the same issue idling in BIOS as well.

Does the connector on the board look ok? Have you used HWinfo to look at all your system temps to make sure a sensor is not going odd?

The connector looks okay. Temps are above expectations on idle as well.
