Here they are...my long-promised gameplay videos from my GT60 3K edition laptop...all gameplay at 2880 x 1620. Crysis 3, Metro Last Light, Splinter Cell Blacklist, Need For Speed Hot Pursuit and Battlefield 4 single player. Video was shot with an iPad...so not the greatest quality...but hopefully this will give everyone an idea what real world gameplay is like on native res on this machine. I don't use Fraps or other benchmarking software. This represents how the games will really play.

Note: I have uploaded the clips individually instead of one montage (my iPad was having a problem rendering the huge file)...so these vids should now be viewable in at least 720p. Thanks.

great videos - I love the specs of the 3K edition and definitely have this notebook on my shopping list. It will be a good upgrade from the GT60 0NE-403US that I have, because of the 3x msata raid not to mention the screen. It is ideal for my varied uses since I edit photos and the IPS display at that resolution would be a treat to work on

I still wonder what's the fps % drop comparring to GT60 with regular VUXGA full hd screen -is there any loss when you scale the resolution down to 1920x1080 while gaming? My biggest concern is how this screen will affect mmo's like World of Warcaft or Diablo or other titles (less important to me in multiplayer mode)..Sadly I can't test it and possibly can't force you to test it for me (or can I?)
I swear I saw once one of your movies showing Diablo gameplay but now I can't find it :(

The Diablo video I had was really low quality (thanks to my iPad) so it was replaced with some other games...but Diablo 3 rocks at full detail everything at native res. I would imagine that Warcraft would be the same story with no trouble. I dropped Battlefield 4 down to 1920 and yes, it ran smoother (technically)...but honestly, the experience was better for me at native res (in fact, I beat the single player campaign at native res).

I really don't mess with multiplayer much (other than with my son on BF4 occasionally)...and it's really hard to measure the experience since that brings in other factors like network speed, etc. But, I can definitely verify that I play everything at native res and it's smooth (and in almost all cases maxed detail levels). Just picked up the new Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag this week and it's beautiful at native res and nearly highest detail.

But again, it really comes down to personal preference. To my eyes (and my wife's as a second opinion), this is the best screen I've ever seen and/or used.

Great, good to hear that there's so significant loss in frame rates/quality! Can't wait to test The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Killing Monsters Cinematic Trailer - YouTube as soon as it will be released!
Thanks again Holliday777 your comment was really helpfull as always. Take care
