Go for the new first. If you have glitches uninstall and do the MSI ones.

I have used 27 different ones from 306.14 to 335.23 since last June, both from MSI and Nvidia OEM with mostly succesful results except one developer driver so just make your pick and have a try.

I typically put the originals on first and then the latest on top.

I am using MSI's 2012 GT60 0ne with GTX 680m .My Windows 8 was updated to 8.1 by microsoft but my OEM MSI original drivers only come in windows 8? Have I lost the ability to update to my OEM drivers? My GPU driver was updated without my permission to GEFORCE 327.02 when my original was GEFORCE 311 from MSI Global - Computer, Laptop, Notebook, Desktop, Motherboard, Graphics and more 64 . Can the drivers listed on the website be used for Windows 8.1?

My GT70 has gone the same way. Haven't noticed any problems so far; going to test next the newest Nvidia beta 347.09.
