So, I managed to break the M key on my laptop. It snapped off, leaving behind its two plastic pieces..which are now stuck in the two slots for the M key. Is there any way to remove this so that I can remove the two plastic pieces and replace the key (without removing the factory seal)? Otherwise, I'll have to send it back to MSI.
Thanks,
Mike

I won't be sending it out to MSI until next Monday. I really wish that I could find a way to get those two plastic pieces out of there, but they are stuck too deep in there to get to them, so I'd most likely need to find a way to remove the white piece or actually open it up. I took it to a few repair shops and they just told me that they'd need to replace the entire keyboard..which is what I'm assuming that MSI will do as well, unless they have a way to simply replace the white block in the photo.

So, I sent my laptop to MSI on Tuesday and got it back on Friday. It seems that all they did was somehow remove that white piece and then they put a new one on there and replaced the key cap. From what I can see, they didn't open the laptop or replace the keyboard.
