I am having stability issues with overclocking my CPU to 24% so I want to do a bios update to hopefully fix this issue. I having some severe issues trying to get this process started and am looking for help from experienced individuals and would much appreciate the help.

Just a side note, my ram is at 677, I can overclock to 20% and often it will freeze then I reboot and it works. IT does not blue screen at 20% it will just freeze completely and no other option to restart. At 24% it will instantly restart even if its perfectly cold and it may or not may not blue screen.

I also often get a display driver issue at 20% from Vista, I have researched the problem and I assume its from my GPU being oc to 550/900 so I leave it at standard settings now. I would much appreciate help to stabilize my laptop for future LANs and so I can game with other friends.
