Recently the ENTER key of my laptop started to not work properly. Its an intermittent problem since sometimes I need to hit ENTER like 10 times to make it work, and sometimes just 2 or 3 times... And sometimes it works normally.
I tried to uninstall the SteelSeries software hoping it could be a software issue but no luck. Today I installed the just released SteelSeries driver and nothing changed.
Is there anyone suffering from this problem too? Is there any solution other than return the laptop?
Thank you in advance!

Also, you can send MSI a tech support request to find out if there's any firmware available for the keyboard. -

Usually certain groups of keys are on a matrix. If you can verify this, then the problem is almost assuredly the keyboard cable itself. On other MSIbooks, this was caused by the cable being bent sharply by being installed behind the motherboard and then mounted without being pulled a bit (for slack), to try to keep the main part of the cable completely behind the mainboard.
This "bend" has caused problems on many throttlebooks, like the GT72VR, GT73VR and many others (I had to fix it by pulling the cable out, removing the bend crease and having a slack bulge by the battery to keep it from re-creasing, which fixed it fully. But it took several attempts and some Deoxit D5 and a lot of compressing the cable). -
