    Hello,
    I have micro-freezes in game (Skyrim, CS:GO).
My drivers are up to date. My GPU doesn't go over 70 C.
    I'm on Windows 10 Pro.
I can't find any solution on the internet.
    Hope you can help :)

As I suggested in the other topic, we need to first find out your CPU and GPU clock speeds, % utilization and temps when running the game. It would also help if you know what drivers you are currently using.

What kind of micro freezes do you get? Are they consistent with a particular area or after a particular event? (like after a checkpoint). Are you running anything else in the background? Are you running full screen or windowed?

Hi, just to rule out the simple stuff can you do the following? Go into the NVIDIA Control Panel by right clicking on the desktop and selecting "NVIDIA Control Panel." Select "Manage 3d settings" in the left pane, then the "Global Settings" tab in the right pane. Make sure "Power Management Mode" is set to "Prefer maximum performance" and "Multi Display" is set to "Prefer Single Performance Mode." Then select the "Program Settings" tab in the right pane. In the "Select a Program to Customize" box select Elder Scrolls Skyrim (or however the game is listed) and make sure that in the #2 box it says "High-Performance NVIDIA Processor." Still have the micro stutters?

This is a good start. @Léo Martin - You can use MSi Afterburner to monitor these things.

Try FurMark to stress test the whole system, and the software comes with monitoring too so you will know what's going on in your system.

First, thanks for your help !

Here's the log file from MSI After Burner (big GPU clock drop at 20:35:31). My drivers's version is 364,72.
All my window is freezed when it happens, no particular event. I'm running Chrome and Steam in background.

All my settings are according to that.

    I added log files.

My VBIOS is up to date. I did not flashed my BIOS at the last version.

NEW** Log file from Afterburner : file and file.
I'm not native speaker so ... I do my best.

    Thanks guys :)

It doesn't even seem your GPU is being taxed at all. Close to 0% utilization. After the initial showing of a freeze/stutter, you continously played without issues?

Have you tried forcing in the nvidia control panel to use the nvidia GPU with max performance.

I noticed that when I experience FPS drop, my GPU core clock is : 135.000 and my GPU1 memory clock : 324.000. I found on the internet that these values are idling values.

What's your current version of BIOS & EC? Because they are possibly the culprit.

Maybe you tried this: Have you done a clean install of your Intel Graphics driver and NVidia graphics driver?

Also, if you're using NVidia GeForce Experience, I suggest you remove it (and don't reinstall it).

Can you confirm if you have E16H7IMS.112 and 16H7EMS1.106 flashed onto your system? And the new VBIOS is 84.04.85.00.33.

Nice, do the driver update on the Intel & Nvidia drivers. Hopefully this can resolve the issues you're having.

Did you have this problem when you first got the system?
Maybe backup the whole thing, then do a factory reset as the last resort?

Yes I had the problem when I received it. It's the second GS60 6QE I got with this problem (exact same model).

I clean installed Intell graphic drivers and NVIDIA drivers. My GPU clock is now running at ~95%. However, I still have freezes.

Are you having this problem with only the games you listed? Nothing else (games or anything graphics intensive)?

    All my games are concerned.

The screen totaly freeze during a few moment ( < 100 ms), then I can play again. So yes, it feels like stuttering.

    MSI Afterburner while playing LOL.

EDIT** Some process are constantly running on my gpu, is it normal ?
