Hi all just got my hands on a GF63 8RC and the touch pad wont work.

I noticed in the device manager under Human Interface Devices the I2C HID Device is seeming to have an issue and is showing a warning sign on it.

I have tried right clicking and updating driver and pulling from the web but it says the most recent driver is installed. i have tried disabling and uninstalling and still no luck.

The error when i click into the device says:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)
A request for the HID descriptor failed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
