I bought MSI laptop model GE73VR 7RF Raider from easynotebooks.de. I'm facing a problem. My FPS and GPU usage is very low in all games (with Updated Nvidia Card ). I did everything but nothings changed. Its always maximum %50-55 GPU usage. I tested it with MSI Afterburner. I shared some of the screnshots. With MSI Kombustor i testes my GPU , and its usage is more than %95 and it got very good FPS and results. But in games its very low. The things i have done:
    - Battery Calibration
    -Clean W10 install.
    -Dragon Center configuration
-I added extra 8gb ram and now its dual channel.
-Use high performance in Nvidia and full performance in power options.

Where'd you get the video drivers? While the rest of the drivers can be had elsewhere, the best video drivers for MSI models are typically the ones MSI hosts themselves.

Of course i get my drivers from msi website and the Nvidia card from Nvidia website...I will share some screenshots .

As you can see here with MSI Kombustor benchmark it has very good results and GPU usage. But in the games GPU usage is maximum %50.

Do you have frame caps or v-sync set anywhere? (in game or in nvidia control panel) If something is artificially pushing down the number of frames the GPU won't need to work as much to keep up.

Frame caps is 0 and v-sync is off. I don't have g-sync or something else .

Update: When i play Total War Atilla with extreme graphics and full hd , the GPU usage was between %80 and %99. So when the game is not that heavy , its not using %99 of its capability. Thats not a problem maybe but my pc doesnt let me see more than +200 fps in Cs:Go.
