    Hello! I have a serious problem with my HDD. It is hell slow :( Here is a link from HD tune:

    /* screen 1 link was here */

    Those numbers are really depressive. Win XP boots ~ 5 minutes, so I do hibernation everytime I want to end my work. It used to turn into hibernated for a while, now it takes about 2 minutes or so. When I copy lots of files(e.g. fonts) or unpacking something, it is really slow. I am not hardware expert, but I think there's something wrong with it. It can't software side problem as I have installed only required apps and I check my registry from starting bad programs. I would like to know if it is clearly HDD fault(and why or something more) and if it would be solved with new HDD. Or better, to solve it without spending money :) I thought about formatting, but I doubt it will help, maybe I'll try it sometime. But it would require backuping lots of coded scripts etc so I take formatting as a last chance. If I knew it was just a HDD, I would buy new. But maybe there is something like hardware conflict or stupid BIOS setting(just brainstorming). Please help, every help will be great. With some googling, I found this image in this forum(which is closed for ~ a year), the disks are the same:

    Thanks in advance!

    I was not able to post image links, so I attached them.
