My 3 year old GT73VR came with a USB drive that has recovery data on it but, as that is rather old, I wanted to create an updated version. After all, I have just reinstalled Windows and updated all drivers so it makes sense.
I opened the Burn Recovery software and ran the ISO creation option first, thinking I could use Rufus to burn the ISO to a fresh USB drive afterwards. This resulted in it creating 5 DVD ISO's instead of a single one with which to create a bootable USB. So, I opened the software again and selected the USB option. As soon as I click NEXT, the software crashes. I tried several times, always with the same result.
Does anyone know if there's a way to merge the ISO's it created or perhaps there's a newer version of the Burn Recovery software (I couldn't find one on MSI's site)?

I installed HWinfo as you suggested. My PC skills are not advanced enough to be able to understand the results of its scan.
I don't think this machine has a RAID configuration because it has a single 256 Gb SSD and a single 1 Tb HDD.
I always use Macrium Reflect on my machines so, there really isn't any need for creating any further recovery tools. I use Reflect to create 2 separate images: one of Windows only and one of all my data. The Windows full image is updated once a week so that Windows updates are included, and the data images are updated daily as differentials with a weekly incremental. Reflect has its own recovery options via both hard drive and Windows PE on a USB drive. -
problem is
,..,some SATA controllers // or NVME drivers "works from windows installation" basic drivers ,,,but this all time create problems "on GT75 + raid0 ,.,.example"
