Hello,
Bought 2 MSI A6000 laptops. Within a year the battery is an issue, the brackets that hold the screen on have cracked and the screen; without any external damage being done to this unit. MSI not willing to repair since the design is cheaply made. The battery charger is plugged in but if not taped a certain angle won't make contact with the unit to keep it powered. The message keeps popping up to consider replacing the battery and it is only one year old. When typing often, the lines change and what you are typing pops up in another line making it difficult to type any papers or email in a timely sufficient manner. I wouldn't buy this product again. At first we were very pleased with this product. Huge screen, movies were great, as well as gaming. colors and ease of use were wonderful. It doesn't allow use now, for the brackets that hold the screen on cracked, and have to be taped for the company won't back up its product. The screen then also starts cracking and we have it taped open, on a board for stability to be able to keep using it. Then the battery gives out, so now the power cord has to be used at all times, and then taped at a certain angle to even make contact with the unit to be used. Now typing is difficult as it all of a sudden flips to another line in the middle of previously typed words and screws everything up. This unit doesn't function well anymore....HELP!!!!!!! Where do I take it to get things fixed and functioning well again????IS it common for these things to happen? Does anybody else have typing problems with their laptop???
