    Hey everybody,

I hope I'm not posting in the wrong place, the "official bareboner thread" looks kinda long forgotten, thought I'd be getting a bit more visibility by posting this question as a separate thread!

I've been considering for quite a while the purchase of a custom made laptop based on the 16F3 barebone, which would host a 680m as its GPU.

I'm a bit puzzled tho, because from what I could gather, only a few shops offer custom laptops based off MSI barebones( in Europe), even less are those that offers GPUs such as 680m as an option for them!

Is there any particular reason for that? Is it tied to the architecture of the laptop? Some problems in the cooling system? Or the demand is just... inexplicably lower without any reasons?

To be honest I was considering a Clevo system, but... I heard the audio system is quite crap, while MSI can sport a top noth one :)

    Thanks for your answers ;)

The 16F3 is a value orientated shell, the 680M is an expensive card I guess, though it does support the 680M just fine.
