    MSI 1651 , is this normal ?

    Hello guys I `ve MSI 1651 Spec,
    T9400 , 4 Gig Ram , Toshiba HDD 320 Gb 7200
    the device is still missing Wireless (which i`m plannig to get intel 5300 very soon) and the optical drive that i didnt find till now .. anyway
    once i hit the power button it takes the laptop upto 3 and half min. to start The Window (Windows Vista ultimate 32bit Sp1)
    so .. i guess that is not normal right?

    Have you checked the drive with HDTune?

    Yes I ran Error Scan with HDTune , it was all good Green healthy dots
    it seems like MSI 1651 (doesnt like Toshiba HDD? ) :eek:
    because when i switch the HDDs my Qosmio runs normal with Toshiba HDD , and the MSI runs Great with Hetachi HDD !
    Duh .. weird stuff anyway thanks .. and if any1 can help or have any info about what to do .. plese do so :confused:

    did you do a fresh insall of vista? this was a problem i saw when i had it doing a fresh install fixed it
