    For those who experienced it, does iCEnhancer work with GTA 4 installed on an MSI 1651?

    No way bro, ICEnhancer really pumps up the system requirements.
    Even a 7970m could get bogged down with the settings going up.
    The old 9600m GT in the 1651 could barely run the game at medium-high vanilla if i remember correctly.
