    MS1057 integrated Wireless network card issue...

    My recent bought notebook MS 1057 is not very good at receiving Wifi signal, i wonder any of you have the same problem or is there any way to fix this ??

    well i'll give an example .. my friend's thinkpad and my brother's Toshiba notebook all have full signal while i have only "3/5 bars" signal...

    Jrdunno, have you updated the drivers of your wlan card?

    What is the speed you connection displays connected at? Also if your going to update the driver this is the correct one: MSI 6877 Wireless LAN Driver, and can be found on this page:

    I have updated the driver but it didn't do me any good.. Is there anymore that i can do before spending money?

    My current connection speed is @12.0-36.0... mostly 24.0-36.0mbps

    However it fluctuates pretty heavily.. can go down to 5.0 or 0.0 and up to 36.0.. I'm even having a hard time surfing the web... even googling stuff is slow like hell
