Hi all,
I'm after the MSI GP76 Leopard 11UG or 11UH VGA bios if someone has this model please run GPU-Z and save and upload your bios.
I need the .ROM file not an exe.
I've been pushing my GP66-11UH to some crazy lengths but this bios would allow me to get even more out of the GPU.
Some of my results... Breaking 12K Timespy https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/63032952?

I have GP76-11UG but you may need to give more detailed instructions on how to obtain the VGA bios from GPU-Z.

Thanks! You can also click save and upload. Then it will be on the TechPowerUp website and just share the link.
I already uploaded my GP66-11UG bios a while back. -
for fully working power need + EC mod / strong PSU
most time now this not works good ,.,,.only more problems !
GPU power lock or brick ,,.or random shutdown in load ,.,.or cpu limit "no reason" -
but 10TH ! "3070"
94.04.3F.00.50 - UG
94.04.3F.00.4F - UH edit ,.3080
but for 11TH is GPU identical i thinkLast edited: Jun 28, 2021 -
Is the GP76-11UG vbios different from GP66-11UG?! -
Thank you!
Yes I believe it can do 5W more. Which is nothing but every little bit counts. What do you think of the laptop? -
No worries! It's much like my previous MSI laptops, the temps for GPU is excellent, but not too great for the CPU (as you may have noticed yourself), easily hitting 95C.
This is a real shame because the i7-11800H scales amazingly with the power wattage it receives, unlike AMD CPU which plateaus off. With liquid metal + undervolt + overclock it's possible to hit over 5700 on Cinebench 20. (I'm the same guy that asked you on your video to run R20). Oh and the power supply is 280W on this, I think your old 10th gen one is 240W?
With the ability to GPU switch into dedicated only (MUX) + RAM overclock, it's undoubtedly a beast.
Compared to my last laptop GL73-8SDK (i7-8750h w/ GTX 1660Ti), the biggest discomfort is the screen color. Checking inside AIDA64, mine is a 240Hz Sharp brand LQ173M1JW05 screen. For some reason it has this strong yellow tint with RGB all set to 255, forcing me to go into Windows 10's color calibration mode to move R and G down about 10 notches. Even then I still felt my last screen looked a lot better.
Very curious if your screen had the same issue.Hendrickson likes this. -
Yes, I hit 95 degrees C, even with the undervolt. I will repaste mine soon but not too sure it will help much. Maybe use liquid metal this time around.
With the RAM tweaks and everything yes it's a beast for the price. What has surprised me is mine overclocks like crazy the GPU and CPU also. Everything is stable 100% now the day 4 with the OC and undervolt. Plus RAM tweaks. Overall very happy.
My screen has no tint issue but very bad bleed/leakage on the bottom right side. Not serious enough to RMA it as I only see it on boot really.
I just ran CB R20 and got 5380 not bad but could do better. A big step up over the 10870H in my GP76-10UHValour549 likes this. -
LM will for sure help a lot, look at the screenshot. R20 score of 5700 with max power of over 100W, and the max temp is only 72C lol (that's not mine btw).
What values are you OC'ing with, the same ones shown in the video or have they been further adjusted? How did you come up with +1835 MHz OC on the GPU memory clockLast edited: Jun 27, 2021 -
To get 5700cb they must be pushing 4.6Ghz over all 8 cores. But I prefer to undervolt and run 4.4Ghz, however, only 72 degrees seems crazy? Running it in a freezer?
Mostly the same values expect I now have my final RAM tweaks set at:
3333Mhz (minor OC). Tcas 16T, Trcd 16T, Trp 16T, Tras 30T and Trfc 490T
100% stable very tight timings for a laptop!
As for the GPU I found the RAM overclocking is useful for a few more FPS on average and no cost to stability. And my Core can run +180Mhz so far stable in all games. But running +200Mhz on the GPU core crashed in games but not 3Dmark.
Massive difference to my GP76-10U that can only do about 60mhz o the core and 1000Mhz on the RAM. -
Just to confirm the GP76-11UG VBios works fine on the GP66-10UG as I expected no issues and it gives a small increase in FPS in games as it will allow 5W more.

Oh after 3 days nobody was interested in it so deleted it.

[QUOTE="you getting almost 13k with the same GPU is insane, any tips to test VGA memory OC? Also 61c are you using liquid metal? I´m here suffering at 74c

So to get that crazy 13K I've overclocked about 180Mhz on the GPU, RAM +1800Mhz not all GPU's will do this.
Fan boost is on and my stuido temps at 21 degrees C. CPU is undervolted -80mV and 4.5Ghz on all 8 cores.
The big one is I'm running faster RAM, and overclocked it also 3333Mhz, but very low timing for a laptop of 16,16,16. Also running MUX switch on and external display.
Hope that helps! -
not sure what magic you're doing but it's working lol, cranked up the system here at +200mhz/1000mhz memory, got 400 points more at 11.6k, vs "safe" clocks +140/400mhz at 11.2k graphics score, still far away from 12k, in theory the cpu or ram should not affect the graphics test this much, but we never know, I'm using stock 3200mhz ram at cl 20, + my psu is only 230w, so under stress the GPU is draining energy from the battery.

one comment, if you change away from MUX to hybrid mode your 3070 is locked at 130w? just changed it and it was running 130w, returned to MUX then it draws 140w, boost were bugged also, had to clean with DDU and reinstall nvidia drivers -
Well, I have a 280W PSU with this one and 11th gen with PCI-E 4, much faster CPU so I guess it all adds up. My memory timings at CL16 I think give a nice FPS boost at 1080p.
When I go back to hybrid mode it's 140W still at least according to the Nvidia control panel info and HWinfo shows it pulling around 139W.
Looking for RTX 3070 140W bios file for MSI GP76 Leopard 11UG
