    Sorry Im new in this forum, but i really need help with my MSI GX640
    Im gettin this error.

    "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click OK to restart the computer, and then restart the instillation"

    please any help and thx a lot.

    Sounds like a corrupted system image. Might need to reformat.

    this is what happen, This laptop is new.
    When i first turn ON the pc, it started loading, but i turn it off cause i was leaving to work. So this process didnt end.

    Then when i came home and turn ON again im getting this error, so i have not use this laptop yet, I didnt put my name in.
