    Hello,

My New GT72 have a problem with Left USB ports, the device that you plug in these just disconnect randomly before reworking after 0.5 second.
Sometimes it can't get detected properly it just do "detected device sound" then 1 second later "removed device sound"..

what can be the problem ?

    Thanks

Does it only happen on those particular USB ports, or all?

You could try reinstalling the drivers for usb 3.0, which are native in windows 8.

Try disabling the USB selective suspend setting.

Only on left USB ports and not all of them, and not with all devices..
Tried to install the USB 3.1 driver, it says my machine does contain any controller for usb 3.1
I will try to disable selective suspend setting.

Have you tried another USB device? It could be a compatibility issue.
