here are the links of my frustration, pretty much explain whyLeague of legends users should not buy MSI notebook. Let me summarize for you, no one should or would use v-sync on Leauge of legends you can check on twtich channel by channel, MSI notebook stutters so hard and makes the game unplayable when Not using V-sync.

The last solution I found was disabling the intel speedstep. At first it seemed like it worked the stutter problem seemed improved but not completely gone, a day after it happened again. I decided to sell this laptop(GS60 2qe, 2000USD), I wish I am the only one.

The problem is that you went for the GS instead of the GT series. A GT72 would be better for your LoL playing as it has better cooling, performance and no optimus.

I have no problems running LoL with or without vsync at low or very high fps, constantly.

I don't get it, then what is GS for? GS should be more superior. Now the GPU fan even speeds up and downs in between every 5 seconds, does anybody know how to reset the EC firmware for my laptop? cos I downloaded an older firmware and it didnt replace the new one. What did i buy...

GT is top of line. It will play pretty much anything that you throw at it.
GS is portable gaming system which reduced performance if compared to GT. You may need to reduce graphical quality setting in game to reduce spiking issues in performance.

This is not because of MSI GS60 laptop, the stutter issues is common. Something to do with rendering time and refresh rate.

You can also try download the MSI Afterburner to cap the fps which may reduce the stuttering issue:

I have a 970m GS70 and have 0 problems running LoL. Maxed out, I get something like 200-250 fps but I have no stuttering problems whatsoever.

After using this for about 6months, been so happy with it but I get these random fps drops nonstop while playing league and only league. I'll be at 150 and it'll go to 40. And also only related to league, the laptop display has some wicked ghosting. Makes it miserable to play league on the laptop display. Other than that, all other games don't have and display lag or fps drops. Riot pls.

why do you think its riots problem bro.
