Check your boot priority in your BIOS settings. And remove any optical media or USB devices that are connected. It looks like the system is set to boot off of something other than your hard drive, and it can't locate a master boot record on whatever it is trying to access.

sorry im a little computer dumb.
At top of screen its showing
Boot Configuration
Bootup Numlock State (On)
Full Screen Logo Display (Disabled)
I entered BIOS settings it showing boot option priories as
#1 TSSTcorp CDDVD
#2 Hitachi HTS 727575 which I think is my hard drive
#3 PCIe cardreader
#4 Realtek PXE B03 D00
Do I need to set #2 as #1 ? -
I set my hard drive as priority number 1 restarted computer and it has a large loading screen on bottom of screen and says windows is loading files.. Once done it comes to the same screen as I attached the photo above.

If not then it could be like what the message says, there could be an issue with your hard drive.
Have you tried reformatting? -
There is no CD in the tray. I havent reformatted. Not really sure how to without getting into the computer itself. I cant even get into safe mode. -

Looks like a hard drive problem - or your OS is corrupt. You can try removing the hard drive and reinserting it to make sure it's seated properly (turn off the computer and unplug it from the power cord, and disconnect the battery when you do). Once the hard drive is back in, put your battery back in and/or connect the AC adapter, and try it again.
If still no go, look into doing either a recovery or a format + reload of Windows. If you can't recover or install Windows, then you're looking at probably needing to send the laptop in for RMA so they can fix/replace the hard drive. -
You wouldn't happen to have an sd card or USB drive in the computer, would you?
