As in the title, my new gt72 Dominator Pro has been randomly getting blue screens of death with the cause being (bwcW8x64.sys) which is the killer software. The other issue is, I can't uninstall the Killer card manager without uninstalling the drivers aswell, and there's no killergaming website to update the drivers, nor can I find them on the merged qualcom site. If anyone would manage a fix for me, that'd be fantastic, and I thank you for it, or a link for the qual website, because the normal /driverdownload part of the site comes up as page not found.

Thank you for the quick response. I haven't used any of those aside from the killer one around decemeber or so when I got my computer simply because I heard there were signal dropping issues with killer cards before I purchased this laptop. What I just tried now was disabling the network manager from here: New computer BSOD's when playing games I'm hoping it works, but if not, I'll try some going to that site you listed to update the driver again using that one. Any idea if it would include the killer network manager aswell? Seeing as that's supposedly the issue. I wish there was patch notes somewhere.

Make sure to use the latest version from MSI's website, which should overwrite existing software, but the proper method is to uninstall the existing package before a new version is deployed onto the system.
Also, if BSOD symptom continues to show up, then open up services.msc and disable Qualcomm Atheros services manager to see if it helps/resolves the issue.

Thank you all. I really enjoy such a helpful community. The thing I've tried from the other site I included disabling the Qualcom adapter with services.msc like mentioned, and so far I haven't gotten the bsod, though it didn't happen frequently. Time will tell, but if it doesn't work, I have plenty of help it seems with what ya'll have put here. Thank you all, alot, I really appreciate it. It's annoying to have a new computer with new parts and have issues. I love my GT72-445 too much to be having problems, haha.

If anyone is having Killer related issues you can try the KillerCleaner_64bit.exe app to remove all the Killer software and then reinstall the Perfomance Suite that includes the Network Manager or install just the driver.

    KillerCleaner:

I suggest everyone with a Killer wireless card download this app and store it somewhere just in case you need it later.

Some things are hard to find when you need them.
