Hello guys,
Does this property of MSI gaming laptops really worth to evaluating when choosing a laptop model? Does it differ in real gaming experience? Do you have any example you have experienced or heard from anywhere that it differs like after upgrading to a Killer DoubleShot Pro 11ac laptop from a normal wifi laptop results in decrease ping times?

It's less likely that you are going to be using all of that bandwidth, since it's there it's welcomed anyway.WhatsThePoint and ifmyn like this. -

802.11ac is a 5ghz band technology.
Often the performance on the 2.4ghz band will be worse with a properly configured AC wireless card than with a properly configured N wireless card.
Presently, when an 802.11ac 866.7 Mbps wireless card is paired with an AC router that's able to deliver that theoretical link speed you will get much better file transfer speeds across devices connected to your home network but Internet speeds and downloads that rely on your ISP,router and card settings and the sites you are connecting to may see no speed increases.ifmyn likes this.
