    yes, it is.

    Computer is quite good, especially for the price.
    things I don't like:
    -the keyboard isn't full sized. the . key and the [] keys are smaller than the regular keys, and this can a bit annoying, especially for a programmer.
    -the webcam driver. the webcam works perfectly in programs like skype, but the provided program can't seem to find the camera. :)

    I also had to change a setting in the bios and re-install vista to get the intel turbo memory to work.
    But as a rule, I prefer to install the operating system myself anyway. And they do provide the vista installation dvd (oem), and a cd with all the needed drivers. A full install can be done very quickly.

    I also love the draft-n wireless networking, I get very good speeds with my d-link router.

    Battery live isn't much of course, about 1.5h for my usage.

    Not much bad things, especially if you look at the price.
