Hi guys, this is my first post here, I just bought a GT72VR laptop and since then I have been desperately trying to find a way to make windows 10 recognize even the internal gpu in my new notebook. This because, apart from gaming, I must use Edius 8 video editor for work. This software needs to use Quicksync to use hardware encoding, but if the O.S. does not recognize the internal intel gpu, which should be an HD530, it does not switch to hardware encoding. In the previous MSI model there was a button to switch between gpus, but not in this one. I have been told that there should be a custom bios to do that, but I don't know where to find it, or if there's a different solution. MSI assistance was really unhelpful. All I know is that without this I am forced to sell this notebook, which I really would not like. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you.
