I have a matte screen gt780dx and want to put in a gloss screen but I'm thinking it might be better to wait until they have a high quality gloss screen which is also a touch screen... It would be helpful for some of my presentations...

    Anyone know?

As of yet, nothing has been introduced from MSI. But, there is great motion in this direction in the market, so we hope something comes out soon.

I am also interested in this - Do you know if there is a high quality gloss screen made by the aftermarket with the touch screen feature? I know there have been many discussions on replacing the stock (msi) matte screen with a 90% NTSC Color Gamut Glossy LED Backlit LCD - I'm wondering if THIS screen now has (or will have soon) a touch screen option? Since I am planning on upgrading to the gloss screen anyway, I might as well get this feature if its available (or wait if its available in a few months...).. Thanx

Not sure if its possible though, maybe the screen connector on the motherboard is incapable of touch screens.

The part, as far as I have seen, does not exist. There is external desktop monitors available. But, by the time you go about doing this, there may be a newer laptop model available at that time.
