So I installed my ssd in my laptop and all that is showing up is my C drive. No D drive which would be my new ssd. What did I do wrong? Need help as I'm sitting in front of my computer now.

Looks like it's installed correctly, so right click and initialize the disk (MBR va GPT). Then right click and create a new volume and your drive should show up on Windows.
