This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hmm. I would've thought you could get the graphics card to handle the difference between 1680x1050 and 1920x1080 - it would just have to output a bunch of black pixels on the sides and some on the top, wouldn't it?

    Unfortunately not, thats why i assumed windowed mode would work, its often a known problem that TV's output range just tend to skip aload of the resolutions :/
