    I'm attempting to update my bios and vbios but need help.

    My laptop has 2x HDD so they must be in raid correct ?

    If so its ok to update this i dont have to remove my old bios ? will it remove it for me or not ? Thanks :).

    And what is the difference can i do one or do i need to do each one as separate like bios first then vbios ?.

    Check your BIOS/vBIOS version against those from the website before proceeding.

    Not vital but these fixes seems to worth the hassle. Get this Login (need to register) It's the best and safest tool to use when it comes to this kind of dirty job.

    Yes i have one more wesker<LOL QUESTION!! my friend :).

    Do i need to remove my old bios somehow and do i need to remove my older vbios or can i just update ?

    Without doing anything flash.bat obviously you must open this.

    Also i hope you dont mind me asking but do these updates have to be in a certain order For instance install vbios first then bios ?

    You do not remove any bios, you just update.

    Make a bootable USB drive:

    Flash both the bios and vbios in dos.

    You can use the tool from the MSI forum that Dead2th3world linked to, I use it sometimes (it does a bios check before it flashes the bios, safer this way).

    I dont think you have to do it in any order, but I would do the sbios first then the vbios.

    AH now nevermind i ran the tool and it stated i don't need to update it states i have the current new version including vbios i checked my bios before and it stated 2.5 but after running this tool it now says 3.0D ?

    Great then ?

    So it is odd then ? i don't understand how can i go from 2.5 to 3.0 without doing a single thing this is a massive ROFL :p.
