    The noise level on the MSI GE is certainly not bad. :)

    The speakers are fairly good, although the GT series has the Dynaudio speaker system, which sounds noticeably better.

    Depends on how you take care of it. It can get pretty warm, but what helps is general preventative measures to avoid overheating, such as keeping the vents, fans, and heat sinks unobstructed, have the laptop slightly elevated to allow optimal heat dissipation, blowing out the vents once in awhile, etc. Ambient temperature also plays a role.
