I asked a dealer to send me a Msi gt70 in a small box to save the shipping costs , how do I make sure he sent me a new one not used?

AFAIK, it won't make a difference since the price will be calculated by weight, at least that was what DHL told me.

Since the dimensions are not that big, they take it by weight.

What he said, it's most likely by weight. Even if it WERE by size, you'll probably save yourself like 5 bucks? and you have to take the risk that they damage your laptop when they're handling it .... not worth it
