    How reliable is Clevo, Sager? When I say that, I mean the parts they use in the laptops, customer service, product satisfaction. I ask this because a friend of mine works at Futureshop and he said they use real crappy parts that last like 2 years. Is that true? If so, YIKES!

    I was thinking about getting MS620 laptop.

    So can I get the owners to elaborate on this topic, please?

    One of my friend has GT735 & it's working well. I personally checked his notebook due to the same question like you. Build quality is good & he's playing games everyday . he said he never got any heat issues either.

    MSI is well known brand & I never heard any serious issues about their notebooks.
