    How many SSD drives does Gt60 Dominator support ?

    Hi guys,
    I did a lot of googling, but I can't find the information.

    1. How many SSD drives does Gt60 Dominator support ?
    2. What is the port for SSD, SATA or mSATA?
    3. Can I put the SSD drives in Raid0?

    Can somebody answer my question? Appreciate any input. Thank you very much!

    Checking Xoticpc's website it appears to be mSATA and SATA. If you check it out for yourself you can see how they config them.

    I think the internals are very similar to the GT70, so I am fairly certain it can me configured with up to 3x mSATA in RAID 0 if you like. You need to make sure whatever model you order comes with the super raid card or order one yourself off ebay. I think they are about $100.

    I didn't know this and spent $250 more for a version that came with it. I would have saved money and bought it myself if I had known about that before hand.

    Additionally, you could install a 2.5" SSD in the spot where the hard drive will be at if that's what it comes in.

    So the answers would look something like this:
    1. How many SSD drives does Gt60 Dominator support ? 4 total if configured properly
    2. What is the port for SSD, SATA or mSATA? 3x mSATA and 1x 2.5" SATA if configured properly
    3. Can I put the SSD drives in Raid0? Yes, at least the 3x mSATA you can

    2 configs:

    3x msata, 1x 2.5", 1x optical (ships with one or more msata)
    2x 2.5", 1x optical (ships with no msata)

    So 5 ssds if you sacrifice the optical bay for a caddy.
