    How long does a MSI RMA usually take?

    How long does a MSI RMA take? My reseller received my 1013 on 12/12/2005 and sent it to MSI a week later but still no word from them if they got my laptop back from MSI. It's 3 months now that I am without a laptop.

    Does MSI RMA usually take this long?

    My 1013 RMA through ewiz came back about 1 month and half.

    I asked for a replacement though received it repaired only plus some minor scatches here & there :(

    They got the job done, anyway.

    Just received my laptop today and it's working great. It looks brand new also. Replaced is written on the box so MSI probably replaced it instead of fixing the old one. Thanks CoffeeShark, Xmeld, and MSI.
