I'm trying to contact MSI canada but I can't for the love of me figure out how. Their web form doesn't work, they don't have a phone number... the US site is confusing for contacting about anything other than RMA...

I'm trying to convince them to give me a 64bit windows CD.

    Any ideas?

I also tried 3-4 times and I got the same treatment as you had... If you want the 64bits of Vista but you already have the 32bits, I think there's a way to contact Microsoft so they send it to you for 10$. The info is somewhere on this forum so search it out.

Yeah I saw that as well, and I'm just gonna get an iso file.

But seriously, this worries me about contacting them if the laptop fails.
